I'm a certified experienced career coach who provide career assessment and coaching in person or on-line
In the past twenty years I have assisted many young women and men in finding their true passion and matching it with a job family that provides joy and excitement together with opportunities and the necessary challenge they are looking for.
Background
I came to Australia in 1971 as an expert in the coloration of Wool and associated Fibers and had a long career in Wool Textile Manufacturing. I changed my career in 1996 and upon earning my PhD in Adult Learning in the workplace sponsored by Australian Defense Industries. I quickly decided to embark on a career in education. Over time, I have expanded my skill set to include career assessment and coaching career directions ideal for both high-school students and Adults in the workplace who wished to change their career. I find it immensely rewarding being able to successfully assist both students who are deciding on the course of study that will lead them to a career they will be passionate about. This together with the many Adults presently in careers that are not providing them with the necessary opportunities to follow their passion. In most cases this has developed over a number of years before they become disenchanted and make the decision to do something about it.
Where I Operate
I work online throughout Australia and Asia.
I meet face to face with individuals who live inside 50 kilometers of Newcastle NSW. The first meeting is free and following our meeting if I am confident, I can assist a suitable program is agreed upon including date and time of our meetings.
Coaching Options
In-person
$100 per hour
Our first meeting is free. Should we agree to proceed with suggested program based on the information I gained The program suggested will vary depending on the needs of the individual The minimum program on offer will be meetings lasting 1.5 to 2 hours
The maximum program can reach 10 meetings for more complex cases where I am required to research the necessary education and training required to pursue a specific career direction.
Online
$70 per hour
Online Coaching, available no matter where you are located in Australia or Asia. For beginners or advanced.
Group lessons
$35 per hour
Groups of 3/4 students, suitable for advanced students looking forward to discussing potential career options and their advantage and disadvantages to meet the future needs for such careers.
